Ramifications of Delay
in Resolution If this RFI is not resolved by the noted Resolution Date, it will be necessary to add temporary cold weather protection to the implementation of the foundation

RFI Resolution All footings shall be lowered 1.5 feet throughout the structural foundation plan for the project as noted on the revised S-1 foundation plan dated Nov 17, 2016 / all reinforcement to be lengthened accordingly to accommodate this revision

Once this RFI is addressed and answered, the resultant impact of the answer should

scheme to allow easy access and management of this RFI answer
The Contractor should not proceed with any contractual revisions as required by
an answered RFI until a formal and signed Change Order has been issued by the
responsible party
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE WILL PLACE THE CONTRACTOR AT RISK
FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED DUE TO ADDED SCOPE OF WORK AS A RESULT OF THIS
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND THE ANSWER AS NOTED ABOVE
