Slang expression for an electrician. In many parts of the country this endearment is used quite extensively. What is nice about the slang expression is that no matter where you may be building, you will know immediately, if someone uses the term, who they are talking about. The name is obvious, and attributable to the sparking of electricity if improperly installed or connected.
