Formal legal document offering a settlement to a dispute on a publically funded project. This is not available in all states and must be applied for and managed by a professional legal consultant. The use of a pre-judgment remedy to solve a financial problem is a much more efficient means of seeking a solution. To sidestep a formal court case or even an arbitration hearing is a benefit for all parties. Pre – judgment remedies should be looked into and analyzed, but again, this is an individual state document and the use of a professional lawyer is required.
