Schedule presented on the structural documents that identifies the makeup of all the required lintels on the project.
The schedule can be presented specifically for the project or as a generic presentation of what is required for a specific width opening. The use of a standard lintel schedule is based on only standard support requirements. Any specialized lintels such as ones with special inserts or modifications to accept various different loading scenarios must be custom designed by a structural engineer. Lintels are important items on a construction project and the scheduling of their arrival on the jobsite is pertinent to the success of many activities on the project, such as masonry, framing, precast, etc.
