Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc., move through the apprenticeship program and reach the journeyman position. The journeyman within a discipline, are the workers with the most knowledge, and will be important to the development of the apprentices within the same trade. Journeymen will be become the foreman, the superintendents of the company and will lead the various projects. Accomplished journeyman, of all trades, are the leading work force successfully building construction projects.
