A change event on a construction project is any issue that determines a change of scope, time, specification, document, etc. on a construction project. A change event in most cases is used to establish a change order ( CO ) that is a formal means of changing the value, timing or any other issue on a construction project. A change event is normally a recorded element on a project to be used as a future reference.
