I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years.

Educated as a Civil Engineer, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute located in Worcester Massachusetts, I have acted as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Executive, as well as owned my own Construction and Management company.

My construction experience is widespread from industrial chemical plants, the Alaskan pipeline, educational facilities both High School and Middle Schools, medical facilities, as well as residential projects. I have constructed large high end homes in the lower Connecticut area as well as multi housing apartments, condos and low income housing.

I have extensive knowledge of all types of construction processes, poured in place concrete, structural steel, light metal framing, precast construction, as well as wood stick, panelized or modular construction.

Performing work both within the industries marketplace as well as an independent consultant, I have been asked hundreds of questions and provided insight and guidance to several construction companies and individuals.

I understand the nuances of the industry, the frustrations of individuals not experienced with the processes, the attitude of both architects and engineers, as well as the money making ideals of the majority of contractors. It is with this intimate knowledge of both the processes and the idiosyncrasies of the industry that I offer honest answers to often difficult construction questions and dilemmas.

I have worked throughout the United States from Alaska to the Florida Keys and have extensive contacts throughout the United States.

Currently live in Connecticut with my wife and have family in the Boston area as well as St. Petersburg Florida.
